Eligibility Criteria:
Applications are invited from eligible officers under the Central/State Governments or Union Territories or Public Sector Undertakings who meet the following conditions:
- Holding an analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department, OR
- With at least 5 years of regular service in posts in Level-10 of the Pay Matrix or equivalent.
- Possessing a degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
- Proven experience in civil construction and project management.
- No pending disciplinary or vigilance cases.
- Integrity certificate must be submitted along with the application.
Period of Deputation:
Initially for one year, extendable as per government rules.

- Photocopies of last 5 years’ ACRs/APARs (duly attested).
- Integrity Certificate.
- Vigilance Clearance Certificate.
- Statement of major/minor penalties, if any, imposed in the last 10 years.
