The DPCC invite applications for filling up the vacant backlog Group ‘A’ posts of ‘Assistant Environmental Engineer’ (AEE) in Level-10 (Rs 56100-177500) reserved for OBC (Delhi) on regular basis in accordance with RRs of the post of AEE as available on DPCC website. The reservation of posts is for OBC communities of Delhi as per the orders /guidelines issued by GNCTD and Govt. of India. The tentative details of posts are as under
The Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) is a self-sustained autonomous body working under the administrative control of Environment Department, Govt. of NCT Delhi and exercises the delegated powers and functions of Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) under section 4(4) of the Water Act, 1974 and section 6 of the Air Act, 1981. DPCC entrusted with the responsibility to regulate the industries and commercial establishments in Delhi as per the provisions of Air Act, 1981 and Water Act, 1974. DPCC act as a regulatory body for implementation of various Pollution Control Act Rules, Notifications, and Court orders in NCT of Delhi. DPCC does not receive any Grant in Aid from the Govt. of NCT of Delhi / Govt. of India for
meeting its expenses.
