Job Description Â
- Preparation of Master and Micro Schedules.
- Preparation of project budgeting, costing.
- Tracking and analyzing gap analysis
- Resource Identification, allocation & Leveling, Productivity analysis
- Coordination with Subcontractors
- Contractual correspondences with client
- Preparation and approval of various contractual claims
- Preparation of rate analysis for extra items and approval from the client
- Preparation of Material procurement schedule as per baseline program.
- Monitoring the progress and plan for the shortfall as per Key Dates achievement.
- Planning and Scheduling using MSP and Primavera P6
