Job Summary
Provide high-level administrative and technical support by planning, designing and overseeing construction and maintenance of high rise building structures and other infrastructure projects in the Institute. Should be an expert in map reading, reviewing blueprints, design techniques, and computer-aided design (CAD) software
Key Responsibilities
Plan various projects aligning to the organizational requirements & completion of the projects in time.
Ensuring Contractor Selection, Material Delivery etc. happen in time, while ensuring the quality of manpower and materials.
Ensuring Safety of the Project and all resources involved therein, ensuring the minimum impact on various communities and the whole environment.
Professional reporting and billing as per the laid down procedure of the Organisation.
Supervise and train the subordinate staff.
Should be able to offer hands-on solutions to the various project related issues.
