Job Description:
Exp 8 – 13 Years
Coordination with Architects, Consultants, Contractors for drawings/ decisions of finishing works.
preparation of BOQs for Finishing Items & knowledge of costing is required
must have knowledge of selection of Finishing materials including granite, marble, floor tiles, false ceiling etc.
Should have exposure of handling finishing project
good communication skill
Ensure Smooth Progress of site works by coordinating with all stake holders
To Ensure & Control Quality of Finishing work at all stages
To Coordinate with all departments including stores, purchase, planning, Billing.
