Qualification
- First Class B.E. / B.Tech degree with 60% marks in Electrical Engineering from recognized University or Institution.
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream or CA / CMA
- First Class B.E. / B.Tech degree with 60% marks in Civil Engineering from recognized University or Institution.

Remuneration
Electrical Engineer (On Contract basis)
Rs. 50,000/- per month (inclusive of Provident Fund and other admissible benefits) with 10% annual increment in consolidated remuneration upon successful completion of one year of service, conditional upon performance as appraised by designated Controlling Officer.
MSME Relationship Manager (On Contract basis)
All-inclusive remuneration on Annual CTC basis to be equivalent to Manager Grade (E-2 Level). Approx. CTC would be roughly around Rs. 15 Lakh p.a. (including Variable Pay of 6.00 Lakhs (Rs.0.50 Lakh per month). The variable pay shall be subject to achievement of targets as assigned to the incumbent and shall be payable on Quarterly / Half yearly basis..
Civil Engineer (On Contract basis)
Rs. 50,000/- per month (inclusive of Provident Fund and other admissible benefits) with 10% annual increment in consolidated remuneration upon successful completion of one year of service, conditional upon performance as appraised by designated Controlling Officer.
