Qualification
Assistant Engineer (Production – Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics) [P01–P03]

B.E./B.Tech/AMIE in respective discipline (Regular Course, AICTE/UGC approved).

Minimum 3 years experience as Manager/Supervisor or 5 years as Junior Engineer in thermal power plants (≥210 MW).
Chemist [P04]

B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering OR M.Sc. in Chemistry (Regular Course).

Minimum marks:

UR/OBC: 65%

MP Govt PSU employees: 60%

SC/ST/EWS/PwD (MP Domicile): 55%

Junior Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) [P05–P07]

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech/AMIE in respective branch (AICTE/UGC approved).

Office Assistant Grade-III [P08]

10+2 Pass (Higher Secondary).

One-year Computer Diploma from a recognized institute (DOEACC/NIELIT, Polytechnic, ITI, etc.).

Must possess valid CPCT scorecard with passing in Computer Efficiency and Hindi Typing.
Age Limit

- For Assistant Engineer and Chemist posts (codes P01 to P04), the minimum age is 21 years and the maximum is 40 years.
- For Junior Engineer and Office Assistant posts (codes P05 to P08), the minimum age is 18 years and the maximum is 40 years.
- Relaxation in upper age limit is available as per government rules. Reserved category candidates from Madhya Pradesh, women, ex-servicemen, and departmental employees may receive relaxation up to five years or until retirement age, but in no case shall the total exceed 45 years.
