Job Position Details
The recruitment is open for the post of Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in the streams of Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, and Instrumentation Engineering.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be B.Tech/B.E. graduates from the 35 approved institutes (31 NITs + 4 other institutes) with a minimum of 65% marks overall. Those appearing in their final semester (7th sem completed) must also have 65% aggregate. Only 2025 pass-out or passing-out candidates are eligible. Candidates must not have any gaps or backlogs in their B.Tech/B.E., which should have been completed in four years. Additionally, 60% marks in both 10th and 12th standards are required. Applicants must have qualified GATE 2025 in their respective disciplines.
The upper age limit is 27 years as on 31st May 2025.
Training & Compensation
Selected candidates will undergo one year of training and will be designated as Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET). During the training, they will receive a stipend based on a pay scale of ₹55,000 – ₹1,30,000, with a starting basic pay of ₹55,000 per month. The total CTC during the training period is approximately ₹16.32 LPA.
On successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed as Senior Engineer with an initial basic pay of ₹56,650 per month and a CTC of approximately ₹16.81 LPA.
Service Bond
All selected GETs will be required to sign a service bond to serve KRIBHCO for three years post training. The bond amount is ₹2,00,000 for General/OBC category and ₹50,000 for SC/ST candidates.
Job Responsibilities
Selected GETs will undergo one year of on-the-job training in their respective disciplines. They must be willing to work in a 24×7 shift environment. The initial posting will be at the plant site in Hazira, Surat, but candidates must be ready for relocation to the Corporate Office in NOIDA if required. After training, they will be absorbed as Senior Engineers and assigned responsibilities based on their domain. Roles may rotate periodically to ensure exposure to various technical functions.
