- Must have managerial capability and proven track record of managing complex MEP in projects like high rise buildings, commercial & residential development using latest software and technologies.

- Ability to manage a team of Engineers working on Design, Modeling of MEP Services in complex buildings.

- Hands-on experience in design and complete design documentation.

- Knowledge of International Codes and practices. Strong understanding of construction industry and good communication and management skills.
