Roles & Responsibilities:
For SP3D Piping Designer:
- Experience: 8-10 years in piping design for industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, or Chemical Plants.
- Skills: Proficiency in SmartPlant 3D (SP3D), knowledge of piping standards and codes (ASME, ANSI).
- Key Tasks: Develop 3D models of piping systems, generate piping isometric drawings and layout plans, prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), and conduct clash detection.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and teams in civil, structural, and mechanical fields to resolve design issues.
For Piping Stress Engineer:
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in piping design within EPC projects.
- Skills: Proficiency in stress analysis software (CAESAR II, AutoPIPE) and knowledge of piping codes (ASME, API).
- Key Tasks: Perform stress analysis, develop stress isometric drawings, ensure code compliance, conduct analysis for high-temperature and high-pressure systems, and participate in design and HAZOP reviews.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior engineers and support project proposals and cost estimates.
Requirements:
- Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- Key Skills: SP3D, CAESAR II, AutoPIPE, Smart Plant 3D, Piping Layout, Piping Stress Analysis.
