Target Engineering is conducting a walk-in interview in Abu Dhabi for experienced HSE professionals seeking opportunities in the UAE’s oil and gas, petrochemical, construction, fabrication, installation and commissioning sectors.
The company is hiring qualified candidates for HSE Engineer and HSE Officer positions. Professionals with relevant industry experience, NEBOSH certification and strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental practices are encouraged to attend.

Open Positions
1. HSE Engineer
Experience required: 8–10 years
Candidates should have relevant HSE experience in construction, fabrication, installation, commissioning, operations or projects within the oil and gas or petrochemical industries.
Required qualifications and certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline, or a three-year HSE qualification
- NEBOSH IGC or an equivalent certification
- Lead Auditor certification in ISO 45001 or ISO 14001, or an equivalent qualification
- Incident Investigation Techniques certification
- Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety and environmental systems
2. HSE Officer
Experience required: 3–5 years
Applicants should have HSE experience in any industry, including at least one year in construction, fabrication, installation, commissioning, production, operations or project activities within the oil and gas or petrochemical sector.
Required qualifications and certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or three-year diploma
- NEBOSH IGC or an equivalent certification
- Relevant knowledge of HSE procedures and site-safety practices
- Additional HSE training and certifications will be an advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry is required. Candidates with ADNOC approvals, project-specific safety credentials or additional professional HSE certifications may receive preference.
Although fresh graduates may express interest, priority will be given to applicants with relevant HSE experience in the oil and gas sector.
