Job Description
- Meeting with clients to determine their needs, discussing products and services, and closing deals
- Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for growth, including identifying new markets for existing products or developing new products for untapped markets
- Coordinating with warehouse and shipping staff to ensure that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a sales manager, including training, motivating, and disciplining members.
- Managing the company’s relationships with current customers and building relationships with potential clients to generate new business
- Planning and executing sales campaigns to increase sales and meet organizational goals
- Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that there is sufficient stock of items that are likely to sell quickly
- Communicating with purchase team to ensure that products arrive on time and meet quality standards
