Trainee Quantity Surveyor

Experience: 0–1 year
Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Fresh graduates with relevant academic knowledge, internships or project exposure may apply.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Experience: 1–4 years
Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Candidates should have relevant quantity surveying, estimation or project-costing experience.

Key Requirements

Applicants should have knowledge or experience in:

• Cost estimation and cost planning
• BOQ preparation
• Quantity take-offs
• Civil or MEP measurement
• AutoCAD
• Microsoft Excel
• Construction drawings and specifications
• Analytical reporting and documentation

Knowledge of CostX will be an added advantage.

Exposure to international measurement standards such as NRM, POMI and SMM7 will be preferred.

Candidates should also possess strong analytical, communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
