Role Summary:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing client relationships, and obtaining work orders for earthworks, road works, and industrial projects (Target based). The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities in the Hyderabad region for earthworks, road works, and industrial projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry contacts, and stakeholders to foster repeat business and client loyalty.
  • Generate leads, conduct market research, and engage with clients to understand project requirements.
  • Present the company’s capabilities, negotiate terms, and secure work orders aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow up on pending work orders to drive closure.
  • Coordinate with project and technical teams to ensure alignment on client requirements and project deliverables.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for revenue and new project acquisitions.
  • Document all business development activities, track progress, and report on lead generation and project acquisition metrics.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in business development or sales within the construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors is preferred.
