Role Requirements
Contract Admin & Billing
Candidates should have strong experience in contract administration, billing, cost control, project documentation, and commercial coordination for large-scale construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects.
Lead MEP
Candidates should have strong experience in MEPF design management, preferably in real estate development projects. The role requires a good understanding of multi-disciplinary design coordination, national codes, and building services integration.
Knowledge of tools such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Project, and Primavera will be an added advantage.
Who Can Apply?
Experienced professionals with relevant qualifications and 15–25 years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, MEP, contracts, billing, construction management, or project coordination can apply.
