Job Title: Billing Engineer (Civil - High-Rise)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, verify, and manage contractor/client bills in line with project scope and contract terms.
• Monitor and track progress of civil construction work for accurate billing and reporting.
• Reconcile subcontractor billing with work completed on-site.
• Prepare BOQs, RA bills, final bills, and rate analysis.
• Work closely with the site execution team to ensure work measurement and timely billing.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines.
• Maintain documentation related to contracts, invoices, and client approvals.
• Collaborate with the accounts and project team to ensure timely payments and accurate records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in high-rise civil construction billing.
  Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software (e.g., ERP or SAP preferred).
• Good understanding of civil execution and quantity surveying.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
