Preparation of Master and Micro Schedules. Preparation of project budgeting, costing. Tracking and analyzing gap analysis Resource Identification, allocation & Leveling, Productivity analysis Coordination with Sub contractors Contractual correspondences with client Preparation and approval of various contractual claims Preparation of rate analysis for extra items and approval from client Preparation of Material procurement schedule as per baseline program.

Monitoring the progress and plan for shortfall as per Key Dates achievement. Planning and Scheduling using Primavera P6 Salary: INR 9,00,000 – 19,00,000 PA. Industry: Construction / Engineering / Cement / Metals
