IIT Bombay Jobs 2019: 01 Project Research Assistant Vacancy for B.Tech/B.E, M.A, M.Sc, MCA, M.Com, MBA/PGDM, B.A, B.Sc Salary 42,000 published on 20th February 2019, On 20/02/2019, IIT Bombay announced Job notification to hire candidates who completed B.Tech/B.E, M.A, M.Sc, MCA, M.Com, MBA/PGDM, B.A, B.Sc for the position of Project Research Assistant.
Applications are invited from the citizens of India for filling up the following temporary position for the sponsored project undertaken in the Centre for Technology Alternatives for Rural Areas (CTARA) of this Institute. The position is temporary initially for a period of 1 Year and tenable only for the duration of the project. The requisite qualification & experience etc. are given below:
Project Research Assistant

A. Qualification: Bachelors degree in relevant Engineering disciplines, MA/MSc/MCA/Mcom/MBA or equivalent, BA/B.Sc./ equivalent degree with 2 Years Experience.
Desired qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering disciplines with 2-4 years experience in designing machines/ tools / Gadgets or working at grass root level in rural areas or or PG Degree in basic sciences (MSc/ MCA/MBA /M.Des.or equivalent) with 1-2 years relevant experience in designing machines/ tools / Gadgets or working at grass root level in rural areas or graduate degree in professional course (B.Sc., B.Des) +NET with 2-4 years relevant experience in designing machines/ tools / Gadgets or working at grass root level in rural areas or M.Tech. in relevant engineering disciplines
Selection Procedure
The appointment is for time bound project and the candidate is required to work mainly for the successful completion of the project . The selection committee may offer lower or higher designation and lower or higher salary depending upon the experience and performance of the candidate in the interview.
