Applications in the prescribed format (Annexure-ll) from eligible and willing Officers, who satisfy the provisions of recruitment rules forthe post of Superintending Engineer (Civil), may be forwarded along with the following documents so as to reach this office on or before 19.06.2025. The crucial date for determining the qualification and experience will be 19.06.2025 in terms of Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways Circular No.12612512013′ PE{ dated 26.09 .2019.
- Attested copies of Educational & Professional qualifications.
- Attested copies of ACRs/APARs of the applicant for the last 5 years (2019-2020 to 2023-2024).
- No-Objection Certificate of the respective Port.
- Two recent passport size colour photographs in a’sealed envelope.
- An undertaking of the applicant not to withdraw his/her candidature, if selected.
- Certificate by Head of Office of the Applicant as per the format.
- Vigilance/Administrative clearance of the concerned Port in the Proforma prescribed by the Ministry (Annexure-lll).
