Job Description
Good experience in execution of Interiors & Exteriors Finishing and must have executed 5 Star Hotels, Malls & Commercial Projects.
Design coordination, Resource planning, cost controls, value Engineering, close monitoring for good workmanship, periodic review of contractors execution program & their Work Method Statement, Identifying project bottlenecks and initiating corrective measure, Eye for detailing, MEP Service Coordination etc
Good co-ordination skills with designers, Consultants, Architect, Suppliers, Contractors and internal execution team
Soft Skills
Command on written / verbal communication, Team Player, Focused on assigned jobs with deadlines
