Job Description
Here are the roles and Responsibilities for Tribeca Recruitment 2019
- End-to-end construction delivery of Luxury and High End Residential Projects. The role would span over all functions under construction, ranging from conception, vendor selection & management, contracts, procurement, planning, quality, execution and billing and payments.
- Selection, negotiation and finalization of critical vendors / contractors, including PMCs, turnkey contractor etc
- Provide strategic inputs like contracting and procurement strategies, vendor selection approach etc
- Value engineering of Projects on an on-going basis
- Monitoring and managing project execution, expenditures, identifying variances, implementing corrective actions
- Manage critical relationships with key vendors and agencies
Requirements
- A construction expert with experience in end to end construction delivery ofluxury and high end residential projects.
