PLANNING CONSULTANT
READ n APPLY and understand assignment as a CONSULTANT.
Projects would be of BUILDINGS, INDUSTRIAL, INFRASTRUCTURES, etc . PROJECTS remain PAN India and should be comfortable to Relocate after completion of the current project at specified locations.
Current Projects would be in Gujarat & Maharashtra and Other States [Locations cannot be updated as wherever project remains, Planning Engineer is being deputed to particular site]
SCOPE of Work:
AS CLIENT’S REPRESENTATIVE, we as a CONSULTANT has to monitor, Supervise, Execute, Coordinate civil / construction activities
Complete activities according to plan, schedule, etc.
Coordinate with various dept.s, vendors / suppliers / contractors being REPRESENTATIVE of client
Objective is to complete projects as per plan, specification, finishing and handover the same
What is CONSULTANT @ TATA CONSULTING ENGINEERS LTD.:
As a Consultant, person is appointed for an year and later every year extension is given on the basis of projects, if any.
Designation will be remained as a CONSULTANT
As a CONSULTANT employment with Tata Consulting Engineers, salary is provided inclusive of all benefits or allowances
TDS of 10% as per statutory norm will be deposited against PAN
Should have worked as in PLANNING Dept.
Planning Experience of 8-13 years is expected
Preferred a person with minimum 5 years latest experience of PLANNING
