Role Overview
This role is suited for an architect who can effectively bridge design intent and technical execution across complex US-based projects. The selected candidate will be expected to lead design development, manage technical documentation, coordinate across consultants, and guide junior team members.
From cultural landmarks to high-density residential and mixed-use developments, this role involves working on projects that demand precision, code compliance, and advanced coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture projects from SD to CD
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with IBC and other applicable US codes
- Coordinate with MEP, Structural, and Landscape teams
- Support construction and shop drawing development
- Maintain high standards of QA/QC and technical detailing
- Mentor and guide junior architects
- Communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders
Skills Required
- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong understanding of US Codes such as IBC, NYC codes, or similar
- Experience in SD to CD project delivery
- Knowledge of construction and shop drawings
- Strong multi-disciplinary coordination skills
- Expertise in QA/QC and technical detailing
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience on US projects
- Exposure to the New York market
- Experience in complex project typologies
- Background in high-density or mixed-use developments
- Ability to work closely with international teams
