Open Positions
1) Business Development (Aerospace/Defence)
Qualification: B.Tech / MBA
Experience: 5+ years (defence procurement / aerospace domain)
Key responsibilities:
-
Product marketing in defence procurement environment
-
End-to-end bid management including costing
-
Knowledge of DAP/DIPP, Make categories & IDDM requirements (DIPP: Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade)
-
Interaction with Ministry of Defence (MoD) & services for Capex/Opex opportunities
2) Quality Manager (AIT Environment)
Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical / Electronics preferred)
Experience: 8+ years (experience in AIT environment)
Key responsibilities:
-
Lead and manage quality systems in AIT environment
-
AS9100 implementation and ISO 9001 baseline management
-
Knowledge of Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance & CEMILAC requirements and acceptance practices
-
Configuration management, document control & change management
-
ESD control, IPC practices and NDT awareness
3) UAV Pilots (BVLOS)
Qualification: DGCA-certified UAV Pilot (preferred) (DGCA: Directorate General of Civil Aviation)
Experience: 3–5 years (100–200 hrs fixed-wing / VTOL RPAS flying)
Key responsibilities:
-
BVLOS operations on fixed-wing small RPAS
-
Mission planning and terrain-based risk assessment
-
Operation of EO/IR payloads and long-range RF systems
-
Hands-on experience with Pixhawk, ArduPilot, DJI GS Pro, UgCS
