The company is seeking dynamic and qualified candidates for roles in Planning, Quantity Surveying, Cost Control, and Design Coordination. These roles are crucial to supporting ongoing and upcoming Hospital, High-Rise, and Villa projects.
Open Positions & Requirements
1. Sr. Planning Engineer

Qualification: B.E. Civil / B.Tech Civil

Experience: 8 – 12 years
-
Additional Requirements:

Primavera P6 proficiency is mandatory
-
N.I.C.M.A.R. / RICS certification preferred

2. Quantity Surveyor
-
Qualification: B.E. Civil / B.Tech Civil
-
Experience: 6 – 10 years
-
Additional Requirements:
-
Prior experience in Villas & High-Rise Towers is required

3. Cost Control Engineer
-
Qualification: B.E. Civil / B.Tech Civil

Experience: 3 – 5 years
-
Additional Requirements:
-
Relevant experience in Villas & High-Rise Towers is essential

4. Design Coordinator / Sr. Architect

Qualification: B. Arch
-
Experience: 12 – 15 years
-
Additional Requirements:

Experience in handling Hospital Projects is mandatory

Key Notes:
-
Candidates with building construction experience will be preferred.

GCC experience is mandatory for all roles.
