• Proven QA/QC expertise

• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, testing protocols, and compliance

• Experience in managing QA/QC processes across large-scale civil infrastructure projects

• Familiarity with relevant IS codes, safety protocols, and third-party audits

• Ability to coordinate with design, execution, and client teams
