Role Overview
Selected Diploma Engineer Trainees will receive structured, on-the-job training alongside experienced professionals on critical projects. Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed onto the company rolls and deployed across India. Compensation is competitive, with access to robust benefits and resources.
Eligibility
- Discipline: Mechanical only
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Indian polytechnic college
- Year of Passing: Diploma completed within 3 years and obtained in 2025
- Minimum Marks: 60% in both 10th Standard and Diploma
- Age: 18–23 years as on July 1, 2025
