What You’ll Do (role-appropriate responsibilities)

• Lead planning and execution for high-rise packages (core, shell, finishing, MEP).

• Drive cost, schedule and quality performance; resolve interface & constructability issues.

• Manage subcontractors/NSCs, plant & logistics, and tower/non-tower work fronts.

• Champion HSE culture and compliance to company and statutory standards.

• Oversee design coordination, technical submittals, and method statements.

• Implement QA/QC systems, inspections, and close-out documentation.

• Own commercial controls (BOQs, variations, claims, billing) and project reporting.

• Build and mentor high-performing teams; maintain stakeholder alignment.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Construction Management (role-relevant).

• Demonstrated experience on high-rise/tower projects with tier-1 contractors or developers.

• Proven leadership of large multi-disciplinary teams and multiple subcontract packages.

• Strong command of planning & controls (Primavera/MSP), drawings & specs, risk & change mgmt.

• Solid understanding of HSE, QA/QC, and statutory compliances for high-rise works.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience delivering premium finishing, façade, and MEP interfaces in tall towers.

• Digital construction exposure (BIM/4D, dashboards, QA/QC apps).

• For Planning: hands-on with baselines, S-curves, resource/cost loading, look-aheads.

• For Commercial: change/claims management and contract administration on EPC/Item-rate jobs.

• For Plant & Logistics: tower cranes, hoists, formwork cycles, vertical logistics strategy.
