KP Green Engineering Limited is hiring for the position of Quality Engineer (Isolator) in Vadodara. This is a strong opportunity for BE Electrical professionals with experience in inspection, testing, and supplier quality management related to Isolators and Lightning Arresters (11kV–420kV).

Key Responsibilities

Inspection and testing of Isolators and Lightning Arresters

Supplier quality inspection for galvanized, plated, sheet metal, casting, and machined parts

Incoming quality inspection as per applicable standards

Monitoring QPR and Rejection Rating

Conducting Root Cause Analysis and implementing CAPA
-
Maintaining quality records and documentation as per ISO standards
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have:

BE in Electrical Engineering

Experience in quality inspection of Isolators and Lightning Arresters
-
Knowledge of supplier quality management
-
Understanding of incoming inspection processes and quality standards

Exposure to RCA, CAPA, and ISO quality documentation

Strong attention to detail and manufacturing quality processes
