The company is seeking a candidate who can independently manage payroll and compliance functions while coordinating effectively with finance teams, auditors, vendors, and government authorities. Candidates with prior exposure to the power sector will be preferred.
Key Requirements

Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing

Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and SAP payroll

Ability to manage payroll and compliance independently

Experience in the power sector will be an added advantage
Qualification

MBA-HR / MSW
Experience Required

7 to 8 years
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Managing end-to-end payroll processing and payroll MIS
-
Handling statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, and LWF
-
Filing monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns
-
Managing payroll audits and compliance reporting
-
Coordinating with finance teams, auditors, and government authorities
-
Supporting SAP payroll processes and automation initiatives
-
Managing vendor coordination and process improvement activities
Preferred Advantage
Candidates with experience in managing payroll and compliance independently within the power sector will have an advantage.
