As part of its growing industrial design team, Jacobs is currently hiring experienced Structural Designers to support large-scale industrial projects involving steel and reinforced concrete structures across multiple locations in India.

Position: Structural Designer
Job Locations
Gurgaon | Mumbai | Hyderabad | Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
-
Prepare and develop 3D models for RCC buildings and steel structures
-
Produce general arrangement drawings (GAs), sections, detailed drawings, and connection details
-
Perform Material Take-Off (MTO) extraction
-
Support industrial projects involving steel and concrete structures
-
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability
Required Experience & Skills
Experience
-
Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial projects
-
Proven exposure to steel structures and RCC buildings
Technical Skills
-
Strong hands-on experience in:
-
Revit
-
SP3D
-
AutoCAD
-
Navisworks
-
Bluebeam Revu
-
-
Expertise in connections, detailing, sections, and fabrication-ready drawings
Educational Qualification
-
Diploma in Civil Engineering
OR -
ITI – Civil Draughtsman
