Position: Lead Architect
Location: Mulund East, Maharashtra

Here is your chance to work with one of India's largest Engineering and Construction companies, with a diversified portfolio of projects worldwide in industries such as Power Transmission & Distribution (T&D), Buildings & Factories, Water Supply & Irrigation, Railways, Oil & Gas Pipelines, Urban Mobility (Flyovers & Metro Rail), Highways, and Airports across 75+ countries.

Education & Experience:

• Required Qualification: B.Arch / M.Arch
• Experience: 8-12 years as Project Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop conceptual master plans, considering landscape integration.
• Design architectural space plans for large-scale commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed material specifications.
• Design building facades, balancing aesthetics and functionality.
• Ensure compliance with the National Building Code (NBC) and applicable building bylaws.
• Propose and ensure compliance with sustainability certifications such as LEED, IGBC, and GRIHA.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (Structural, MEP, HVAC, etc.) for seamless design integration.
• Produce detailed drawings and specifications using SketchUp and REVIT.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design specifications and quality standards are met.
• Present design concepts and plans to clients.
• Independently manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and interns.
• Stay updated on the latest architecture and construction trends and technologies.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills and continuous professional development.

Competencies:

• Skilled in architectural design software (SketchUp, REVIT).
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and sustainability standards (NBC, LEED, IGBC).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective team player, capable of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
