Experience: 7–10 years

Assistant Manager / Manager – Land Acquisition

Key Responsibilities
-
Source land leads and manage mediator networks
-
Conduct site visits and engage with landowners
-
Negotiate and conclude commercial terms
-
Collect and manage land-related legal documents
-
Coordinate approvals, NOCs, and registrations
-
Close transactions and complete deal execution
Skills Required
-
Strong negotiation and deal-closure skills
-
In-depth knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market
-
Basic understanding of legal, approval, and funding processes
-
Ability to identify the right land parcels for development
