Techno-Commercial – Contracts (Civil / MEP)
Qualification & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
-
10–15 years of experience in Contract / Tender / Bidding works
-
Experience in EPC & Real Estate industry
Key Responsibilities:
-
Review and negotiate contract terms
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
-
Optimize procurement processes for supply-chain efficiency
-
Ensure smooth contract execution and compliance with project requirements
Manager – Projects
Qualification & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
-
10–15 years of experience in civil construction management
-
Experience in large-scale construction projects preferred
Key Responsibilities:
-
Evaluate technical qualifications of subcontractors
-
Oversee project execution and quality
-
Conduct final snagging and prepare defect lists for contractor rectification
Manager – Land Acquisition
Qualification & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate / Urban Planning / Business Administration or related field
-
10–12 years of experience in land acquisition or real estate development
Key Responsibilities:
-
Handle legal documentation, land valuation, and development processes
-
Negotiate purchase terms, pricing, and contracts with landowners
-
Conduct due diligence including title verification, encumbrance checks, and ownership validation
Manager – Corporate Affairs
Qualification & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Engineering (B.Tech)
-
7–10 years of experience in real estate or infrastructure sectors
Key Responsibilities:
-
Liaising and regulatory documentation for approvals and licenses
-
Handling OD tenure, 63 NA, and environmental NOCs
-
Regular coordination with government departments
-
Monitoring land parcels to prevent unauthorized encroachments
