Location: Mumbai / Pune
We’re Hiring for Two Key Roles
1. Mechanical System Engineer – Power Generation
Eligibility:
-
Only candidates from the Power Generation industry will be considered.
Experience:
-
3–10 years in system engineering of main plant and balance of plant systems of simple cycle / combined cycle power plants.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
-
R&D development, system calculations, and equipment engineering for global projects
-
Proficient in equipment selection: pipe sizing, pipe thickness, pump sizing, control valve sizing, heat exchanger sizing, atmospheric tank sizing, etc.
-
Knowledge of ASME & ANSI standards applicable to power plant design
Qualification:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Thermal Performance Engineer – Power Projects
Experience:
-
6–14 years in power projects with a solid understanding of balance of plant systems
Technical Expertise:
-
Heat balance modelling for Combined Cycle Power Plant design
-
Conceptual and Detail Engineering (preferably using GT Pro + GT Master / Thermoflex or similar tools)
-
Knowledge of power block equipment and system performance: gas turbine, HRSG, steam turbine, heat rejection systems, etc.
-
Experience in conducting feasibility studies
-
Preferred but not mandatory: hands-on with Performance Testing (test procedures, development, ASME PTC code knowledge)
Qualification:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Note:

Candidates who are immediate joiners or have a notice period of 15–30 days are preferred
