Job Summary: We are looking for an active and responsible Junior Site Engineer to supervise our ongoing construction projects. The ideal candidate must have 2 to 3 years of practical site experience. We are looking for someone who can manage site execution, labour, and quality checks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Manage labour and ensure work is done according to the schedule.
- Read and interpret construction drawings/blueprints accurately.
- Monitor material usage and maintain stock records (Material Management).
- Check the quality of work (Steel reinforcement, concrete mix, brickwork, etc.).
- Prepare daily site reports and update the Project Manager.
- Assist in taking measurements for billing purposes.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: B.E / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years to Maximum 4 years.
- (Note: Candidates with more than 4 years of experience need not apply).
- Must have good technical knowledge of construction methods.
- Ability to handle site pressure and coordinate with the team.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory for site travel.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month.
