Position:
Senior Engineer – Maintenance
Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:
B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering -
Experience:
Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Mechanical Maintenance
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
-
Proficient in breakdown and preventive maintenance practices
-
Implementation of Kaizen ideas, cost-saving initiatives, and consumable cost reduction
-
Proven experience in R&M (Repairs & Maintenance) cost control
-
Ability to achieve MTTR & MTBF targets aligned with Hoshin plans
-
Conducting machine abnormality assessments and corrective actions
-
Shopfloor improvement through 5S implementation and leak elimination
-
Strong technical knowledge of CNC, VMC, HMC, SPM, and related machining systems
-
Experience in Die Casting will be an added advantage
