Terms and Conditions
- Contract Duration: Initial 1 year, extendable up to 3 years, one year at a time.
- Leave Policy: Only one Casual Leave (C.L.) per month (cannot be carried forward).
- Nature of Job: No other allowances/facilities like regular employees. Only contractual remuneration.
- Performance Monitoring: Renewal based on performance review.
