TNSTC – Madurai Region (Madurai, Dindigul, Virudhunagar), TNSTC – Kumbakonam Region (Kumbakonam, Nagapattinam, Trichy, Karur, Karaikudi & Pudukkottai) MTC, Chennai, invites Online application from eligible Graduate/Diploma holders in Engineering (passed during 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023), hailing from Tamilnadu, for undergoing one year Apprenticeship training under the Apprenticeship (Amendment) Act 1973.

Total no of Vacancies – 688 Posts

Post Details

• Diploma Apprentices  –  303 Posts
• Graduate Apprentices (Engineering)  –  85 Posts
• Graduate Apprentices (B.A. / B.Sc., / B.Com., / BBM / BBA / BCA etc.)  –  300 Posts

Qualification

• Category – I Graduate Apprentices:-

1. A Degree in Engineering or Technology (Regular – Full time) w i th F ir s t C la ss
   granted by a Statutory University in relevantdiscipline.
2. A Degree in Engineering or Technology (Regular – Full time) w i th F ir s t C la ss
   granted by an Institution empowered to grantsuch degree by an Act of Parliament in
   relevant discipline.
3. Graduate examination of Professional bodies recognized by the State Government or
   Central Government as equivalent to above.

• Category – II Technician (Diploma) Apprentices:-

1. A Diploma in Engineering or technology (Regular – Full time) granted by a State
   Council or Board ofTechnical Education established by a State Government in relevant
   discipline.
2. A Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Regular – Full time) granted by a University in
   relevant discipline.
3. A Diploma in Engineering and Technology granted by an Institution recognised by the
   State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.

• Category – III Non-Engineering Graduate Apprentices:-

1. A Degree in A r t s / S c i e n c e / C o m m e r c e / H u m a n i t i e s s u c h a s B A / B . S c . ,
   / B . C o m / B B A / B B M / B C A e t c . , (Regular – Full time) granted by a Statutory
   University / Deemed University in relevant discipline. – UGC approved

How to Apply

For students who have already enrolled in the old National Web Portal (www.mhrdnats.gov.in) and having login details

Step 1:
a. Type the URL https://nats.education.gov.in
b. Click Student
c. Click Student login
d. Click Forgot Password
e. Enter Registered email id to get activation link &
Reset password.
Step 2:
a. Student login
b. Enter registered email id & new password
c. Complete application form
d. A unique Enrollment number (12 digit) for each
student will be generated.
After completion of enrollment (new portal migration) process

For applying
a. Login with email id with new password
b. Under “Apply against advertised vacancies” Search “TAMILNADU STATE TRANSPORT CORPORATION MADURAI LTD MADURAI REGION ”

d. Complete the application form
e. A unique Enrolment Number (ATN… ……….. ) 12 digits for each student will be generated.
After completing the Enrollment

a. Login with email ID and password
