Key Responsibilities

As a Planning Engineer at Sobha Ltd, the role includes:

Project Scheduling and Tracking

Scheduling, tracking, and monitoring projects using standard WBS and resource allocation in Primavera.
Preparing milestone schedules, micro schedules, and payment schedules.

Resource and Budget Management

Preparing project MES statements.
Developing cash flow and resource plans in alignment with the project budget.

Performance Monitoring

Monitoring and tracking project timelines, costs, and resources.
Computing delays and projecting the activity status for management updates.

Report Preparation

Preparing and reviewing all project-related reports for management presentations.

Cost and Documentation Expertise

Conducting cost analysis and comparisons for civil items.
Managing functionality and documentation requirements for high-rise residential buildings.

Required Skills and Expertise

Proficiency in Primavera and MSP.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least 80% marks and no arrears history.
