Eligibility Criteria:
1. Sr. Executive/Deputy Manager-Investment & Acquisitions
- Qualifications: MBA (Finance)/CA/Post-graduate in Economics or equivalent
- Experience: 2-5 years with relevant experience in road projects, infrastructure, investment banking, or asset management
- Skills: Proficiency in financial modelling, excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
2. Deputy Manager – Projects Monitoring & Controls
- Qualifications: Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in tolling audit, PIU/IE correspondence, ETC reconciliation, project mobilization, MIS report preparation
- Preference: Candidates with MBA and experience with concessionaire or TOT projects
3. Executive/Sr. Executive & IR
- Qualifications: Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in statutory compliances, IR and HR operations of road projects
- Preference: MBA in Human Resources/MSW degree
4. Dy. Manager-HR/Admin
- Qualifications: Diploma/Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction, operation, and maintenance of roads (preferably National Highways)
5. Maintenance Engineer
- Qualifications: Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in planning, execution, and management of highway infrastructure projects
6. Project Coordinator
- Qualifications: Graduate (any stream) or three-year Technical Diploma with one-year Diploma in Industrial Safety Management
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in implementation and monitoring of EHS management systems in the infra sector
- Preference: Experience in data analysis and report writing
7. Deputy Manager/Sr. Executive – EHS
- Qualifications: Graduate (any stream) or three-year Technical Diploma with one-year Diploma in Industrial Safety Management
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in implementation and monitoring of EHS management systems in the infra sector
- Preference: Experience in the road sector
