TUV India Pvt. Ltd. (TÜV NORD GROUP) is hiring a Planning Engineer – Building, Infrastructure and Project Management for its Bangalore – Devanahalli location. The role is part of the company’s Building, Infrastructure and Project Management division and reports to the Senior Manager of the same department.
The company is looking for a Planning Engineer with a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Management, backed by 8–10 years of experience in high-rise residential building projects.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Preparing the baseline project schedule using Primavera P6 / MS Project
-
Planning and monitoring construction activities for high-rise residential buildings using the Mivan shuttering system
-
Preparing and updating daily, weekly, and monthly schedules
-
Monitoring site progress against the planned schedule
-
Preparing DPR, WPR, MPR, Delay Reports, and Tracking Reports
-
Developing look-ahead schedules and supporting resource planning
-
Monitoring manpower, material, and equipment requirements
-
Identifying delays, analyzing causes, and preparing recovery plans
-
Supporting milestone achievement and timely project completion
-
Preparing monthly review presentations and attending client review meetings
-
Preparing Minutes of Meeting and progress tracking reports.

Strong communication skills

Experience handling high-rise residential projects

Hands-on exposure to Mivan shuttering

Ability to coordinate with engineering and design teams for timely drawing submissions

Experience managing GFC drawings for site execution
-
Confidence in participating in design review meetings with clients, consultants, and architects.
