Open position : Sr. executive /Asst.manager SCM

Qualification : Should have done Diploma in Mech Engg / Degree in Mech Engg or Diploma in Material Management.

Experience : Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience in Manufacturing Industries.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for procurement of raw materials, bought out items, packaging materials & consumables
• Responsible to procure technically approved goods with best possible rates & commercial terms
• Preparing commercial comparison from supplier’s quotes and present the same to management for review and approval
• Handling ERP modules for procurement department
• Managing Vendor development and training as per new product requirements
• Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Assisting PPC department to identify right time of procurement and inventory optimization
• Making bulk deals and MOUs with OEMs for better deal
• Collaborate with Sales, manufacturing and determine key supply chain KPIs
• Tracking and releasing purchase orders to maintain overall supply chain
• Optimise ERP to develop better planning and insights (requirements only)
  Implementation of instructions given by SCM manager for purchasing contracts with new or existing vendors / supplies
• Ensuring delivery deadlines effectively
• Build and maintain good relationships with vendors
• Maintaining documentations appropriately for easy reference when needed
• Manage the company’s day-to-day purchasing activities & ensure that all are meeting their personal performance standards
• Any other works allotted by your Superiors on time to time related to SCM Department.
