Rithwik Projects is hiring an experienced Construction Manager / Lead for RCC dam construction and large-scale water infrastructure projects. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in hydro, PSP, tunnel projects, and underground construction works, along with proven leadership in site execution and project delivery.

The role involves leading end-to-end site execution for major infrastructure works, including HRT/TRT and underground structures, while managing teams, contractors, construction planning, safety, quality, and timely delivery. Candidates should also have strong exposure to NATM, Drill & Blast, or TBM methods, along with the ability to resolve complex geotechnical and site-level technical challenges.

Key responsibilities include reviewing drawings and method statements, monitoring productivity, cost control, and risk mitigation, and ensuring smooth execution of large-scale water and dam projects. Professionals with hands-on experience in Hydro / PSP / Tunnel projects and leadership in large site execution will be highly preferred.
