Job Title: TECHNICAL COORDINATOR
Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-Time
Company: AL BASTI & MUKTHA LLC
• Graduate degree in Civil Engineering
• 8-10 years of experience in the construction industry as Technical Head and 5 to 7 years’ experience as Coordinator.
• Experience in coordination of all civil works. Should be able to coordinate with the architectural structural and MEP drawings.
• Coordinate with the Consultants to obtain approval on any deviations in the drawings.
• Efficiently implement consultant requirements along with the execution team.
• Assist the Project Manager in the civil work to plan in order to meet the deadlines.
• Review the design modification during the construction stage and assist the Project Manager to review the cost and time impact.
• Ensure document control and engineering schedule as implemented effectively on the site.
