Equipment Maintenance – Injectables Manufacturing
Qualification
Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering discipline.
Experience
2 to 6 years of experience in injectables manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Candidates should have hands-on expertise in preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance for pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and systems.
Areas of Experience
Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting across the following manufacturing stages:
- Solution Preparation
- Vial Washing Systems
- Tunnel Sterilization
- Filling Machines
- Capping Equipment
- Lyophilization (Freeze Drying)

Candidates should also have knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems used in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
Instrumentation and Automation Engineer
Qualification
Diploma or B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or Instrumentation Engineering.
Experience
2 to 6 years of experience in instrumentation, automation, and control systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Key Skills and Expertise
Candidates should have experience with field instruments and industrial automation systems, including:
- Calibration and maintenance of field instruments
- Troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
- Control systems such as DeltaV DCS
- SCADA systems
- PLC programming and troubleshooting
Additional Technical Knowledge
Experience in the following areas will be preferred:
- Control panel design and automation architecture
- Documentation such as FS, HDS, SDS, DDS
- Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
