Job Overview
Nakshatech is looking for an experienced professional to manage Mobile LiDAR mapping projects, coordinate technical teams, and lead feature extraction workflows. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality geospatial deliverables, meeting client specifications, and maintaining project accuracy and timelines.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in LiDAR data extraction, QA/QC, GIS and CAD tools, and infrastructure mapping projects.
Key Responsibilities

Plan project timelines and allocate resources effectively

Supervise Mobile LiDAR feature extraction workflows
-
Perform QA/QC on vector data and validate XY & Z accuracy
-
Ensure deliverables meet client specifications and quality standards

Coordinate with clients and share regular project progress updates

Monitor team performance and support technical training
-
Manage end-to-end Mobile LiDAR mapping projects

Maintain project accuracy, efficiency, and delivery timelines
Required Skills
-
Strong knowledge of Mobile LiDAR systems
-
Expertise in feature extraction from LiDAR data
-
Hands-on experience with Terrasolid, QGIS, Global Mapper, and CAD software

Good understanding of geospatial data workflows and mapping outputs
-
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
-
Ability to coordinate teams and client deliverables efficiently
Experience Required
-
4–5 years of experience in Mobile LiDAR mapping and geospatial data extraction

Experience managing technical teams of 5–10 members
-
Experience handling complete Mobile LiDAR project execution
-
Exposure to infrastructure and utility mapping projects will be an advantage
