Nexus TRS, a leading international recruitment and workforce solutions company specializing in infrastructure, engineering, and energy sectors, is hiring experienced professionals for major ongoing Metro Rail projects in India on behalf of one of its prestigious European clients. These projects are currently expanding across key cities including Surat, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, and NCR.
As part of this recruitment initiative, Nexus TRS is seeking skilled engineers and infrastructure professionals for multiple senior roles in design engineering, interface management, billing, public health engineering (PHE), and contract management. Candidates with strong experience in metro rail infrastructure, underground structures, FIDIC contract management, and large-scale urban transport projects will be given preference. Immediate joiners are highly encouraged to apply for these roles and contribute to some of India’s most significant urban mobility infrastructure projects.

Available Positions
1. Design Engineer – Underground Stations (UG Stations)
Experience Required: 15+ Years
Key Requirements
-
Extensive experience in metro rail or underground tunnel design
-
Expertise in structural design tools such as ETABS and STAAD.Pro
-
Experience in underground station design, structural analysis, and infrastructure engineering
-
Familiarity with metro project standards and underground construction methodologies
Responsibilities
-
Design and review underground metro station structures
-
Perform structural modeling and analysis
-
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including geotechnical and construction teams
-
Ensure compliance with safety and design standards
2. Principal Interface Manager
Experience Required: 25+ Years
Key Requirements
-
Proven experience in multi-disciplinary coordination in large infrastructure projects
-
Strong expertise in risk management and stakeholder coordination
-
Experience working with international engineering consultants or metro authorities
Responsibilities
-
Manage interfaces between civil, systems, and E&M teams
-
Coordinate project deliverables across multiple disciplines
-
Identify and mitigate project risks
-
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and contractors
3. Billing Engineer
Experience Required: 10+ Years
Key Requirements
-
Experience in quantity surveying and billing for large infrastructure projects

Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts
-
Experience handling claims management and contract documentation
Responsibilities
-
Prepare and verify contractor bills
-
Manage quantity take-offs and payment certifications
-
Handle contract claims and variations
-
Support project commercial teams in financial documentation
4. Section Engineer – PHE (Public Health Engineering)
Experience Required: 10+ Years
Key Requirements
-
Experience in plumbing, fire-fighting, and water supply systems
-
Strong background in site supervision and system installation
-
Knowledge of metro infrastructure PHE systems
Responsibilities
-
Supervise installation of PHE systems for metro stations
-
Coordinate with contractors and engineering teams
-
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
-
Monitor progress and resolve site issues
5. Contract Expert – Systems
Experience Required: 15+ Years
Key Requirements
-
Experience with E&M and signaling contracts in metro rail projects
-
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract frameworks
-
Expertise in contract negotiation and claims management
Responsibilities
-
Manage contractual aspects of metro systems packages
-
Oversee contract administration
-
Support dispute resolution and claims handling
-
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
