Role: BIM Architect
What you’ll do (key expectations):

Architectural BIM modelling and documentation with strong attention to detail

Coordination with multi-disciplinary teams (MEP/Structural)
-
Model QA/QC, clash-ready modelling practices, and BIM deliverables support

Work on design and delivery workflows aligned with project standards
Key skills (preferred):

Strong command over Revit and architectural BIM workflows

Working knowledge of coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks/BIM 360) is a plus

Good communication and coordination skills
