L&T Energy-CarbonLite Solutions, a brand of Larsen & Toubro Limited, is conducting a walk-in interview for experienced professionals in power plant engineering. The event offers opportunities to join one of India’s leading thermal power solutions providers known for its turnkey coal power projects and state-of-the-art manufacturing units.
Open Positions Available
Hiring for the following functions with 3–15 years of relevant experience:
1. Supply Chain Management
Responsible for procurement of static and rotary equipment, electrical and instrumentation materials, mechanical packages, bulk materials, and services. Experience in vendor selection, negotiation, logistics, and procurement for manufacturing is essential.
2. Manufacturing
Supervision of shopfloor activities including coating, surface preparation, CNC, fabrication, safety, and quality processes. Experience in SAP, TQM, TPM, KAIZEN is advantageous.
3. Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)
Implementation and maintenance of EHS protocols at manufacturing facilities and project sites. Experience in personnel training and compliance with EHS standards is required.
4. Quality Management
Development and enforcement of QA/QC standards. Must be skilled in inspection techniques (NDT, UT, PT, MT, RT), welding inspection, and third-party witness inspection.
5. Store Management
Managing site stores, maintaining accurate inventory records, and overseeing the movement of raw materials and finished goods. Preparation of GRN and coordination with accounts is essential.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Control & Instrumentation Engineering
- Experience: 3 to 15 years in the relevant power sector functions
